If the materials are not passed our standard, they will be returned

Regarding product quality, when mass production, we have QC inspect all the production process, including welding/polishing/painting and packing

Before the loading, our QC will recheck the quality and make inspection report

Can you provide free sample?

• For sample, we usually charge 2 times priceand the transport fee should be paid by buyer
• But don't worry, we will return the price for sample when customer place order

What payment term do you accept?

• We usually accept and do T/T, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance against copy of B/L
• We also accept LC payment

If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship themand what's the price?

• If a order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL
• If you don't know how to deal, we can quote you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port
• Can receive your goods at the designated port

How about the after-sale service?

• We will add 2-3% spare parts in each order, to make sure customers have replaceable one when using
• If any damage problem, please send us the picture
• We will check it, if the damage is caused by us, we confirm will deal with it to make customer satisfied
