Model Number: Hercules Block Machine-1-1-1-#1790 Brand Name: Honcha Key Specifications/Special Features: In order to enhance the machine life, we have several modifications on our design:We adopted imported parts (example from Germany, Italy and Korea) in some critical parts of our machine to enhance it durability and performanceThe main frame is built of strong hollow and rectangle sections and process anti fatigue treatment after welding Besides, the design is modified to isolate the vibration from the vibration table to the main frame and prevent the destructive vibration damage the main frameComplex structural mechanic design is applied on the vibration table instead of traditional one to strengthen the table and reduce its self weight. Hence, higher vibration efficiency to the concrete materials is resultedAs regular and proper maintenance and repair are keys to success for a factory, however, the traditional designs of the machine cannot fulfill the above needs

Therefore, we have a series of modification to solve those problems:

• All the parts were designed to be easily changeable
• We changed the bolts and nuts design from welding
• All the parts were tool and worker accessible
• In order to make our machine user friendly, our software is designed with 2 modes (normal and advanced). For normal products, clients can use saved reference data and just change 2 to 3 parameters for production, according to the aggregate properties and moisture content. However, sometimes, clients may have special needs. Therefore, clients can choose the advanced mode, in which clients can change the period and times of each movement of the machine to achieve different requirements
