The high-purity and ultra-fine Al2O3 product is developed by Nanjing Fu Hao Crystal Materials Technology Co., Ltd. together with Jiangsu University.
The products of our company are made through special process. Under the clean working environment condition, firstly we refine the common aluminum ingots with 99% purity into the high purity ones through the physical method; then calcine into the α-Al2O3 powder with high temperature by the means of atomization processing. Finally, it is able to obtain the alumina cake with the density of 3.7g/cm3 after compression moulding and high temperature sintering.

The high-purity alumina raw materials produced by our company have been tested by Shanghai Silicate Research Institution and the relevant authorities. And the purity is above 99.999%; the products have been cultivated into high quality crystal after being supplied to the customer, it is the first choice for the customers producing synthetic sapphire crystal.
