Description:

Laminated glass is made up of two or more pieces of glass, sandwiched between the intermediate layer or one multilayer organic polymer membrane, specially the high temperature of preloading (or vacuum) and after high temperature and high pressure, made of glass and middle membrane permanent adhesive for the integration of composite glass products

Specification:

1. Max size: 2440 x 3660mm ; Minimum : 200x 300mm
2. Thickness: 3mm-19mm
3. Color: clear, low-iron, F green, ocean blue, Fort blue, and other tinted glass.
4. Edge: Flat edge, grind edge, fine polished edge, beveled edge and others
5. Corner: natural corner, grind corner, round corner with fine polished.
6. Holes: Drill work available at customer's option

Features:

1. Safety: when broken, tempered glass becomes small granules, which prevent substantial hurt to human body
2. High Strength: the strength of tempered glass is 4 to 5 times that of annealed glass
3. Bending Deflection: the bending deflection of tempered glass is 3 to 4 times that of annealed glass
4. Thermal Stability: tempered glass has excellent thermal stability, about 3 times that of annealed glass, which can withstand up to 300°C thermal shock.
