Inflatable Dome
Airbrother Inflatable Dome Structure is fully customizable, which can be used in sporting, event, party, workshop, agriculture, temporary structure and shelter building.
Below inflatable dome is a sport center we made in Dec. Of 2017, which diameter is 108m and height: 34m, has 1 set of car door (6.5m height, 14.5m length, 6m width), 20 sets of safety door, 8 sets of revolution door, 1 set of center pressure control system, 2 sets of blowers, 1 set of generator, 800KW air condition system (max temperature: 28℃ testing on top of inside). The inflatable dome is made of two layers of PVDF membrane and one layer of insulation cotton.
This inflatable dome took us 50 work days from starting production to after installation. Comparing with the traditional structure, its cost is less than 1/2 of traditional structure. Besides the advantage in build time and cost, below are other features of inflatable domes:
1. Long-span space and light weight. With no beam or pillar, the supporting comes from air pressure, so it can reach more than 100 meters long-span easily. The dead weight of the film is lower than 3kg/m2.
2. Higher energy-efficient and green building.
3. More building flexibility. Easy and quick installment; could be used as temporary or seasonal building; could link with normal building and air-tight design could be done at the junction. Foundation is easy to build, the cost to move is limited, easy to assemble and disassemble. As seasonal building, it will be a good solution to outdoor sport stadium in case of rain, sun, cold and snow.
4. Better environment friendly. No construction rubbish, no noise, no pollution and less resource consumption makes the maximum building space.
5. Using natural daylight. Transmittance of general film is about 5%, semi-transparent film could reach 25%-30%. At daytime, natural light is enough; at night, the lamplight is soft and comfortable once reflected by the roof. Seen from outside. It is also a very good landscape.
