Automatic cooling patch packing machine is mainly used for automatic packaging of cooling patch and collation 10 or 5 bags into carton and if it can connect the front printing equipment or equipment of making trays connecting printers, this will improve productivity.

Machine with PLC control, photocell sensor which can monitor every actions. When machine in the abnormal operation, machine will stop automatically and display the reasons, in order to solve it immediately. This machine can be used separately, and also can be connected with other packing machine like flow wrapping machine in the full packing lines.

1. Carton Storage
The storage can be adjusted to different size of the carton. The Max. dimension is 200 x 85 x 50 mm (LxWxH).





2.Automatic Feeding System



The amount of storages is according to the quantity of Cooling Gel Patch in one box. 
There's extra one or two storages reserved if the feeding quantity is incorrect. It will be controlled by the sensor automatically.




3. Automatic Rejection System
If the feeding system is incorrect, it will be rejected automatically. Saving the cost of the boxes and times.




4. Sensors from Panasonic or Omron
If there's no product in the position, the sensor will control the suction device, no waste of the boxes.
